Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide reputed company of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and reputed company responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about products and services, including appointment scheduling and reputed company reputed company
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge reputed company of our clients' reputed company-evolving products and services

- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for reputed company review

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience a plus

Requirements
To join reputed company, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
