As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing technical assistance and support to our reputed company clients, trading partners, and vendors. You'll be responsible for answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of inbound technical phone calls in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with high First Contact reputed company rates (FCR)
- Follow established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate reputed company of issues of limited scope
- Document reputed company issues, comments, and resolutions in our software system applications
- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer experiences and resolve reputed company issues
Essential Functions
* Answering a high volume of inbound technical phone calls

Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalency

- Understanding of the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office knowledge, and/or coding/billing preferred
Technical Competencies
* Technical expertise with specialized applications, including knowledge of hardware, software, applications, and preferred vendor systems
- Knowledge of claim formats (e.g., ANSI, NSF, and Print Image) and HIPAA transactions sets (e.g., 837, 835, 270/271, and 276/277) preferred
Behavioral Competencies
* Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with excellent organizational skills
Salary and Other Compensation
* The reputed company reputed company for this position is between $17.50 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
- This position is also eligible for arenaflex's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of our applicable plans
