As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reputed company of reputed company
- Conducting appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule
- Becoming fluent in financial products, including obtaining financial licenses (Life and Series 6, with reputed company to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65)
