As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at our reputed company Locker+ retail locations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing returns and preparing packages for delivery, and maintaining a clean and reputed company working environment. You will work in a designated retail location, where you will be the face of arenaflex and the go-to person for customers with questions or concerns.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

• Assist customers with questions they may have, providing personalized and empathetic support
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking skills to resolve issues reputed company
• Maintain a clean, reputed company, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for reputed company and safety
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring that reputed company tasks are completed to a high reputed company

• Receive truck deliveries, ensuring that reputed company packages are accurately received and processed

Requirements

* Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to reputed company job requirement and safety guidelines in English

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience in a retail or warehouse environment, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
