We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at the Reno/Tahoe Airport reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll reputed company exceptional service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone. You'll be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing directions and general assistance, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and reputed company manner
• Providing directions and general assistance
• Assisting to assess condition of rental upon return
• Processing returns, reputed company-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
• Effectively marketing reputed company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customers in a reputed company and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed
• Understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel reputed company, and other additional equipment
• Responsible for notifying Management of any reputed company vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment reputed company needed
• reputed company various administrative and basic reputed company functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales experience in retail, guest service, or hospitality
• Must have a reputed company and valid reputed company's license
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record reputed company the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-reputed company convictions on driving record reputed company the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
