reputed company is seeking a reputed company 365 Messaging and Identity Architect to reputed company the design and governance of reputed company messaging, hybrid identity, and migration solutions across reputed company 365 environments on a federal contract. This role is responsible for defining architecture, guiding implementation reputed company, resolving reputed company cross-platform dependencies, and ensuring messaging and identity solutions reputed company with reputed company, compliance, operational, and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end architecture for Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, and hybrid identity solutions in reputed company reputed company 365 environments.
reputed company architectural planning for messaging modernization initiatives, including tenant reputed company, hybrid coexistence, reputed company migrations, tenant-to-tenant transitions, and reputed company strategies.
reputed company architecture patterns for Exchange Online integration with on-premises Exchange, reputed company Entra ID, identity synchronization services, mail hygiene platforms, and reputed company reputed company controls.
Design hybrid mail reputed company, authentication, reputed company, routing, and coexistence strategies that support business continuity and phased migration execution.
Establish migration strategies, reputed company planning frameworks, readiness reputed company, reputed company models, rollback approaches, and post-migration stabilization guidance for reputed company-reputed company programs.

Required For This Opportunity
10+ years of experience in reputed company messaging, identity, and reputed company infrastructure architecture.
reputed company 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) Certification
Identity and reputed company Administrator Associate (SC-300) Certification
Deep expertise in Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid architecture for large or reputed company environments.
Strong experience with Exchange Server in support of coexistence, hybrid dependencies, recipient management, and legacy messaging integration.
Strong experience with reputed company Directory and multi-domain and multi-forest scenarios.
Advanced knowledge of reputed company Entra ID, hybrid identity architecture, Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect, authentication models, and identity lifecycle dependencies.
Proven experience architecting and guiding reputed company messaging migrations, including hybrid migrations, large-reputed company mailbox moves, tenant transitions, or coexistence programs.
Advanced understanding of mail reputed company architecture, including SMTP routing, connector reputed company, DNS dependencies, reputed company planning, message hygiene, and secure reputed company patterns.
