MiaPrep Online reputed company of Ohio is our newest offering for Ohio families looking for a flexible public school reputed company. The school will serve grades 7-11 in its first year. The school aims to serve 250 reputed company year one, with plans to grow to over 1,000 reputed company by 2030.
We’re seeking a passionate and reputed company Student Services Manager to join reputed company with a start date of June 15, 2026. The person filling this role will design, implement, and reputed company a comprehensive, compliant, and student-centered counseling program for a new Ohio-based virtual high school. This role is responsible for establishing systems that ensure accurate graduation tracking, state compliance, and reputed company student reputed company, while building a strong, reputed company counseling team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Program Design and Implementation
Build and launch a comprehensive high school counseling program reputed company to Ohio graduation requirements (credits, EOCs, seals)

Establish counseling and advising workflows that support both compliance and student-centered service delivery in a virtual environment

State Compliance and Graduation Systems
Serve as the school’s subject-matter expert on:

accurate credit assignment and subject-area coding

alignment between course offerings and state standards

Collect education and career data of alumni to determine the effectiveness of our school and recommend adjustments as needed

Schedule
MOAO staff are expected to have 40 hours of availability reputed company week on a year-round reputed company.
A minimum of 25 hours of availability per week during school hours, Monday through Friday between 8 am and 4 pm in the Eastern time zone is required to accommodate reputed company, staff collaboration, and student communication.
Availability in the evenings occasionally to accommodate parent meetings.
Requirements
Master’s Degree in school counseling, or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
3+ years in an reputed company counseling role at the high school level
3+ years managing people in a school counseling department
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy with an ability to learn new platforms quickly, such as gradebooks, reputed company Classroom, curriculum platforms, and reputed company Workspace
Proficiency in (or willingness to learn) responsible use of AI tools to increase efficiency in the education sector

reputed company MOAO staff are considered mandated reporters and are required to respond to student safety and mental health concerns in accordance with the MOAO Crisis Response protocols. Compensation & Benefits
The expected starting pay reputed company is $32.72 - $43.91 per hour. Student Services Managers at MiaPrep Online reputed company of Ohio work an average of 40 hours per week. reputed company working year-round, this can equate to an annual pay reputed company of $68,057 - $91,332.
Note: Hours worked over 40 hours will be reputed company at a reputed company of 1.5 times the regular reputed company reputed company.

Compensation is evaluated twice per year, based on performance. MOAO Staff compensation is first and foremost determined by performance and reputed company.
