[Remote] REO Closing Coordinator - Remote

The REO Closing Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring assets reputed company according to the terms of purchase reputed company while meeting reputed company needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing reports to determine status of reputed company asset
- Data entry as reputed company reputed company of closing process is complete
- Review data entry in reputed company SOR for accuracy
- Obtain, review and execute deeds, HUDs and other closing documents as needed to complete closing
- Communicate with vendors, clients, lenders and various county and reputed company offices

Skills
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 year of prior work-reputed company experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, reputed company, and Word
- High ethical standards and personal qualities
- Motivated, reputed company, team player
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business
- REO/Foreclosure experience
- Read and understand reputed company estate reputed company/purchase agreements
- Read and understand reputed company closing/lender documents- including HUD 1 settlement statements and deeds
- Basic knowledge of title issues and problem reputed company of these issues
