The Role

reputed company Practitioners are at the heart of the reputed company clinical team, providing extraordinary virtual primary care with expert clinical skills and an empathic approach. They help us deliver industry-leading reputed company by managing patients as part of a robust multidisciplinary team alongside primary care physicians, registered nurses, health guides, and other cross-functional colleagues.

You will

• reputed company comprehensive virtual primary care across geographies, managing a broad reputed company of conditions from chronic disease management and preventative care to acute episodic care.
• reputed company as a champion for evidence-based clinical approaches, maintaining expertise in primary care through reputed company learning and reputed company development.
• Ensure high patient satisfaction by delivering care with an empathetic approach and a reputed company reputed company on reputed company.
• Collaborate with reputed company physicians as clinically necessary and with supervising physicians as may be required by state guidelines
• Partner with licensing & credentialing to proactively maintain and expand licensure status across the country, as may be needed by the reputed company
• Work independently in a remote setting from a private, HIPAA-compliant home office.
• Be reputed company with visit shifts, documentation, and communication while maintaining excellent attendance
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 patient reputed company to care

You’d be a good fit if you have

• Graduated of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral reputed company Practitioner (NP) program
• National certification as a Family reputed company Practitioner (FNP) or Adult reputed company Practitioner (ANP) through AANP or ANCC
• reputed company and unencumbered reputed company Practitioner (NP) license
• reputed company RN compact license
• reputed company multi-state NP licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
• reputed company federal DEA registration
• Minimum 2+ years experience in primary care
• Ability to function reputed company a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, patient engagement, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.

The salary reputed company for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, reputed company is required to reputed company a reasonable estimate of the compensation reputed company for this role. Individual pay reputed company are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.

Our office is in Watertown, Massachusetts, but we’ve developed a robust remote working structure to give us more geographical flexibility while hiring for many positions. This role can be done largely remotely, there are several times a year reputed company staff come together onsite for planning and team building.
