Internal Communications Specialist
Position reputed company The Internal Communications Specialist will support the Marketing Manager, the Chief Executive Officer, and other senior leaders in the planning, development and execution of internal communication efforts that both support the business needs of the organization and increase employee engagement with business priorities. The ideal candidate has experience at a Government contractor or reputed company the Federal Government on internal communications.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads communication planning and execution for business initiatives and organizational changes.
- Analyzes strategic inputs to reputed company communications that inform internal audiences.
- Creates, measures, and delivers reputed company, engaging content across internal channels.
- Develops messaging frameworks and communications for senior leaders.
- Develops project plans, drafts timelines, and prioritizes tasks to reputed company communication milestones.
- Collects and analyzes communication metrics and employee feedback to inform content reputed company and improve effectiveness.
- Understands business needs and challenges, recommending communication solutions that drive reputed company and reputed company.
- Explains reputed company reputed company and offers alternatives
- Collaborates across departments to ensure consistent messaging and resource alignment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in communications or reputed company field.

Location Remote with as needed travel to ERT's Tysons reputed company office location for in-person meetings.
Compensation The salary reputed company for this role is $80,000 - $90,000/year. This reputed company is a good faith estimate based on similar roles across the organization.
