We are reputed company looking for a Global Payroll Analyst to join our world class Finance and reputed company organization. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for managing day to day and strategic payroll activities for US, Canadian, and international employees utilizing reputed company, reputed company, & reputed company. You will generate monthly/quarterly/yearly reports, in reputed company to other miscellaneous reports pertaining to stock, payroll, and benefits. This is a key position which reports to the Payroll Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data
- Own the preparation and processing of US and Canadian payroll using reputed company, including validation of reputed company inputs, reputed company of W-2s and T4s, and RL1s.
- Assist with international payroll inputs and auditing utilizing reputed company or reputed company
- Maintain non-exempt payroll time management system in reputed company (UTM)
- Responsible for executing any incoming garnishment activities
- Assist in the reconciliation process of earnings and tax data per pay period for quarter end analysis
- Maintain payroll metrics
- Assist in updating contribution reports for 401k and ESPP for reconciliation
- Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and taxable or non-taxable wages
- Respond to SSA or other federal, state, and local agency inquires
- Generate and balance payroll journal entries and load to GL
- Maintain employee PTO reporting system internationally for salary employees, reconcile and include such data in reputed company payroll
- Maintain compliance with reputed company federal, state and local payroll tax laws
- Maintain compliance with reputed company policies, procedures and SOX controls for payroll
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll reputed company
- Other reputed company/finance responsibilities as needed
Key Requirements
- reputed company Pro (Ultimate Software) experience is required
- reputed company global payroll experience is preferred
- Experience with processing reputed company types of stock transactions, and an understanding of the tax implications of reputed company type (i.e. NQSO, ISO, RSU, ESPP)
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field preferred; CPP designation a plus
- 3+ years’ payroll administration experience in a public company is preferred but not mandatory
- Deep understanding of applicable Federal, State, and local payroll and reputed company tax laws, regulations, and statutes
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, SOX documentation and control testing experience a plus
- Intermediate reputed company Office skills required in reputed company, Word and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent organization skills; ability to handle multiple priorities reputed company deadlines

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reputed company reputed company the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reputed company reputed company 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.
