[Remote] Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist or reputed company ongoing customer implementations for Bectran platform
• Assist in product reputed company by analyzing customer requirements and designing features/workflows
• Prioritizing product roadmaps based on customer priorities and development lifecycles
• Conduct product demos for prospective clients through online conferencing tools
• Assist in customer support for existing customers, through phone, email or support tickets

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
• 1–3 years of experience in a reputed company-facing, technical, or product-reputed company role
• Enthusiasm for application and product design
• Passion for software products and an eagerness to understand and explain them
