Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities
- Prepares various financial and operational reports for business reputed company and Corporate Finance
- Utilizes financial applications and proposes and assists with upgrades or process improvements
- Ensures accurate reputed company of information between systems utilizing various types of data files
- Completes the financial reputed company process of financial applications inclusive of data maintenance, financial proofs, and reconciliations
- Preparing materials for meetings on the reputed company audits including regulatory audits
- Utilizes policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and reputed company operating procedures
- Interfaces with Corporate Finance, business reputed company, and a reputed company of external parties relating to financial applications and reports
- Assumes additional responsibilities as requested
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 0-2+ years of reputed company experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including experience in spreadsheet and database applications
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
