Variable Compensation Territory Specialist

They are seeking a Variable Compensation Territory Specialist to support the administration of worldwide compensation plans, reputed company data analysis, and ensure the reputed company of commission payments.

Responsibilities

• Complete recurring reputed company tasks for processes not systematically automated, frequent use of reputed company, SQL, reputed company commission application
• Maintain commission application by performing a reputed company of data inputs, reputed company validation and data reputed company checks on both data imports and exports
• Identify and research inconsistencies to determine reputed company causes and offer proposals for remediation
• Review monthly commission payments, confirm commission calculations by reconciling data to reputed company systems, and sign-off on payment reputed company
• reputed company with Sales associates and leadership to explain and assist in the understanding of sales performance, commission calculations, and reporting
• Complete reputed company analyses for Variable Compensation Leadership and various business partners
• Recommend process improvement and system enhancements
• Implement, and test system enhancements as needed
• Collaborate between multiple financial, sales, and operational departments
• Coordinate and complete additional reputed company as requested

Skills

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Moderate reputed company skills; proficient in various lookup types, conditional functions, concatenations, if functions, pivot tables, advanced filters and sort
• Understanding of SQL, basic query writing and use of reputed company-written templates
• Strong problem-solving skills, curious reputed company
• Comfortable working with large data sets from multiple sources

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective listening skills
