[Remote] Absence Management Claims Specialist

The Absence Management Claims Specialist is responsible for handling and administering Family & Medical Leave reputed company and Americans with reputed company claims, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while managing claims from intake to reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company claims intake calls, reputed company pertinent data reputed company necessary, from employee or other supporting systems as reputed company as reputed company leave-reputed company as required, including recertification of health condition, intermittent claim tracking, RTW confirmation, etc. to complete eligibility reputed company
- Create reputed company for accurate and reputed company absence management claims processing

- Manage an individual book of absence management claims

Skills
- High school diploma

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- FMLA/reputed company/Insurance claims knowledge of process and procedures
- Call center experience in an insurance setting
- Demonstrated critical thinking in activities requiring analysis, investigation, and/or planning
