reputed company: We are seeking a temporary reputed company Sourcer to support hiring efforts across our MEP business. This role will reputed company on sourcing candidates for a reputed company of Mechanical and Electrical engineering roles, Project Managers, and select corporate positions.
Responsibilities

- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic fit and interest.
- reputed company reputed company candidates with the recruiter for full management of the hiring process.
- Support candidate pipeline building and reputed company efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and reputed company.
Qualifications
- Experience sourcing candidates in engineering or technical fields preferred.
- Strong communication and screening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced reputed company environment.
- Familiarity with MEP, engineering, or reputed company services hiring is a plus.
