[Remote] Associate Sustainability Analyst

They are seeking an Associate Sustainability Analyst to support the execution of their environmental, reputed company, and governance (ESG) reputed company, focusing on sustainability reporting, data analysis, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Support the collection, validation, and analysis of reputed company gas emissions data (Scopes 1, 2, and 3)
- Maintain and improve GHG inventory processes in alignment with leading frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Contribute to ESG disclosures, including CDP, reputed company, and other frameworks
- Own portions of reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery
- Help identify and advance decarbonization initiatives reputed company with company climate goals
- reputed company regulatory developments (e.g., SEC climate disclosures) and support compliance readiness
- Independently manage sustainability reputed company from scoping through execution and completion
- reputed company project plans, timelines, and stakeholder coordination strategies
- Drive accountability across cross-functional partners and ensure milestones are met
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and reputed company plans to reputed company reputed company on reputed company
- Manage multiple reputed company reputed company while maintaining attention to detail and reputed company
- Apply reputed company approaches to support reputed company and repeatable processes
- Support recurring ESG reporting cycles, ensuring reputed company and high-reputed company submissions
- Work with large datasets, including data collection, validation, and analysis
- Translate reputed company data into reputed company, actionable insights and presentations
- Analyze trends and performance to inform reputed company and improvements
- Present sustainability data and reputed company updates to internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders
- Support development of materials for executive leadership, reputed company updates, and investor discussions
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, facilities, procurement, HR, finance, and legal teams
- Assist with ESG-reputed company inquiries, including customer and investor requests
- Monitor ESG trends, reporting standards, and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve sustainability performance and reporting processes
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental consulting, or a reputed company field
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, or a reputed company discipline (or reputed company demonstrated interest in sustainability)
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks such as CDP and reputed company
- Proven experience managing reputed company, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal reputed company
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable presenting to reputed company and communicating technical information reputed company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to reputed company sites (primarily San Carlos, CA and Austin, TX)
- Familiarity with GHG reputed company methodologies (Scopes 1, 2, and 3)
- Experience with sustainability data tools, dashboards, or reporting systems
- Exposure to climate-reputed company frameworks such as TCFD or SBTi
