They are seeking a Retirement Plan Specialist responsible for ensuring reputed company satisfaction through exceptional customer service and comprehensive administrative support for retirement plans.
Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare daily transactions for trade file processing to meet daily cutoff times
- Responsible for proactive communication with clients and peers regarding reputed company aspects of service delivery and reputed company transactions
- Respond to reputed company inquires in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- reputed company comprehensive administrative support to include participant statements, contributions, distributions, reconciliations and other reputed company requiring additional research and analysis
- Ensure reputed company plan activity is in compliance with plan documents and applicable regulations
