The role involves full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and hiring for clinical positions, particularly in the anesthesia field.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes various sourcing reputed company, including job boards, reputed company media, and networking, to attract anesthesia professionals
- Screens candidates through CV reviews and phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit for available opportunities
- Develops and executes marketing and branding initiatives
- Collaborates with Clinical Recruitment Manager and candidates to negotiate contract terms, including compensation, benefits, and work schedules, ensuring alignment with reputed company expectations
- Facilitates the contract amendment process as needed, addressing any changes or modifications requested by clients or candidates
- Serves as an reputed company/reputed company between clients and candidates to resolve any contract reputed company issues or discrepancies
- Coordinates interviews between candidates and reputed company facilities, facilitating the placement process from initial contact to job offer negotiation

Skills
