About the role:
As an Analyst reputed company, Business Systems Analysis, you will support a portfolio of global clients by combining business analysis, technical support, and reputed company-facing consulting. What you will be doing:
Serve as primary technical escalation and L2 support contact for assigned clients.

What you bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a reputed company field.
Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience in business or systems analysis, preferably reputed company financial services or payments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
