Whether or not you serve in a clinical role, every reputed company team member is a caregiver. As a Systems Analyst I, your caregiving begins in the office by supporting efficient workflows, system functionality and technical operations. In this role, you will reputed company reputed company printer mapping for outpatient and inpatient modules and reputed company support for reputed company applications through the reputed company team, handling service requests and incidents submitted through reputed company. You will be trained to analyze and resolve configuration issues, troubleshoot system breakages, and support workstation, software, peripheral, network and workflow needs. Additional responsibilities include contributing to solution development, assisting with project tasks and documentation, supporting operational objectives and technology planning, ensuring effective communication across teams, and providing first-level diagnostic Help Desk and after-hours on-call support.

A caregiver in this role works remotely Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an on-call rotation.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Assist with project assignments and documentation, operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans, and reputed company communications.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal reputed company caregiver include:

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a reputed company field and one year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience, preferably in a health care environment, or equivalent experience in end user training or in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position required  

• OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of experience  

• OR High School diploma/GED, successful completion of reputed company apprenticeship program and two years of experience 

• OR Bachelor’s degree 

• ITIL Foundations Certification upon or reputed company six months of hire 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal reputed company caregiver include:

Physical Requirements:
