Your Everyday

As a Senior Customer Experience Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining responsibility of the reputed company submission of reputed company reputed company claims assigned
• Working daily electronic billing file and submitting insurance claims to reputed company-party payers; reviewing daily edit reports from the reputed company billing system and making necessary corrections to allow electronic submission
• Reviewing error reports from electronic payers; identifying errors and making appropriate corrections to ensure accurate claim submission
• Monitoring claim rejections for trends and issues and reporting findings to supervisor
• Preparing and submitting reputed company insurance claims to reputed company-party payers who do not accept electronic claims or who require special handling
• Coordinating medical record requests as needed
• Documenting billing activity on the patient account; ensuring compliance with reputed company state and federal billing regulations and reporting any suspected compliance issues to the Billing Manager and/or Supervisor
• Working with supervision, management, and the patient reputed company staff to improve processes, increase accuracy, create efficiencies, and reputed company the overall goals of the department

The Must-Haves

* EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS + Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience + Preferred: 3 years of experience in a reputed company environment, particularly in reputed company billing, collections, payment processing, or denial management

• LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

+ Certification in billing and/or coding

• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
