Purpose

As a Medical Billing Customer Experience Trainer / reputed company Assurance Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert support to our medical billing team, ensuring the highest level of reputed company and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular reputed company control measures to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of transactions
• Overseeing and reporting reputed company control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Delivering reputed company curriculum to reputed company and individuals in live and virtual learning environments
• Providing one-on-one training and support to new hires and existing employees to improve performance and address any issues
• Collaborating with supervisors and other leaders to identify performance issues and reputed company strategies to address them
• Supporting the ongoing improvement of training content and programs based on changes in patient care delivery, state/federal regulations, accreditations/licensing standards

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in denial management/AR Collection, reputed company-Reg, Auth for US reputed company process
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company software and Denial Management, reputed company-Reg, Auth, and PFCC processes
• A strong understanding of common reputed company industry terminology, practices, and procedures regarding billing and reimbursement
• Knowledge of how Government/reputed company payers reimburse
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to use a reputed company-based computer system and common business software reputed company in reputed company Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company assigned duties
• Ability to maintain a high level of ethics, courtesy, and professionalism
• Ability to multi-task, establish and meet deadlines
• Typing/data entry skills at a minimum of 40 wpm
