Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Full Stack Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing reputed company customer service interactions with pet families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Answering a high volume of customer service calls in a remote work environment, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and adaptability
- Gathering and documenting pet medical information and scheduling appointments with precision and attention to detail
- Meeting productivity, reputed company, and performance standards, consistently delivering high-reputed company results
- Handling emotional conversations in a reputed company and compassionate manner, providing reputed company and support to pet families during challenging times
- Ensuring punctuality and meeting reputed company work-reputed company requirements, including attending a mandatory 4-week training program at the start of employment

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center roles, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional results
- Proficiency in using software such as Gmail, reputed company Calendar, reputed company Maps, GoToConnect, reputed company, and NICEInContact
- Previous experience working from home or with minimal peer interactions, with a strong ability to work independently

- Must attend a mandatory 4-week training program at the start of employment
- Physical requirements include sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 15 pounds
Schedule:
As a Call Center Representative, you'll be working in a 24/7 environment, with evening shifts available from 1:00 pm-10:00 pm or 2:00 pm-11:00 pm. Your schedule will include nights, weekends, and holidays, with a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment.

Compensation:
As an reputed company Full Stack Call Center Representative, you'll be eligible for an reputed company non-exempt position with the potential for overtime. Your reputed company pay will start at $15.00 per hour, with previous call center experience and bilingual background potentially increasing your reputed company reputed company by up to $2.00 per hour.
