Responsibilities
As a Medical Data Entry Concierge, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clinicians in the medication procurement process, ensuring accurate and reputed company data entry
- Completing verification processes for reputed company patient care, reviewing data and entering information into our online system
- Conducting a second reputed company of peer's work to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
- Navigating between various software systems for communication and completion of assignments
- Communicating effectively with reputed company, hospice partners, and patients reputed company chat, email, phone calls, and patient profile documentation
- Maintaining a high level of productivity while balancing reputed company of care
- Answering phone calls, responding to routine questions, and outreaching to pharmacists as needed
- Accurately including necessary information reputed company assisting clinicians for the procurement of hospice patient medication requirements
- Calling in patient prescription refills to designated dispensing pharmacies
- Outreaching to pharmacy partners to complete stock checks, ensuring medications are available for patient care
- Working cooperatively with fellow Concierge team members and others on various teams throughout the organization
- Assisting in training new team members as assigned
- Adhering to reputed company HIPAA protocols for patient reputed company
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the achievement of arenaflex's goals and objectives
Required Education and Experience
* High School Diploma
- Attention to detail and excellent listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efforts
- A basic understanding of medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in reputed company
- Prior experience in a Pharmacy-reputed company setting or prescription order entry
- Experience with various web browsers (reputed company Chrome / Firefox), reputed company docs, reputed company Sheets
Working Conditions
This is a sedentary position, and reputed company work will be completed sitting at a desk in an office setting or working from home. Stand-up desks are available upon request. You'll work with a laptop, 2 additional computer screens, and a headset for telephone communications.
