As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in receiving calls from child support reputed company stakeholders, categorizing calls, recording abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities:
* Receive calls from child support reputed company stakeholders in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
- Categorize reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided
- Record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls

- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills

Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or reputed company field

- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
