Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - National Remote, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls from patients and 3rd party vendors to identify the type of assistance the caller needs
• Focusing on resolving issues on the reputed company, navigating through reputed company computer systems to identify the status of the issue and reputed company appropriate response to caller
• Delivering information and answering questions in a reputed company manner to facilitate strong relationships with clients' customers
• Completing the documentation necessary to reputed company provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in written correspondence with clients/customers
• 2 years of experience in a metrics-based role
• 2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment
• Familiarity with using computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work any shift between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MST from Monday - Friday
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, prior reputed company experience and a strong understanding of our products and services would be an asset in this role.
