Position reputed company
The Controls Foreman is a field leadership role responsible for overseeing BAS/HVAC controls installation and commissioning on new construction and remodel reputed company reputed company. This position partners with the Superintendent to plan daily work, coordinate with other trades, and ensure reputed company, high-reputed company execution reputed company with project schedules. This is a 75%+ travel role with a typical rotation of 17 days in the field followed by 4 days reputed company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise controls technicians; assign work by reputed company level and reputed company hands-on training
- Install control panels and BAS devices including sensors, relays, reputed company switches, and associated components
- Bend/install reputed company; pull, reputed company, and terminate wiring per drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, submittals, and project specifications
- Coordinate field execution with the Superintendent and other trades to meet schedule demands
- Monitor productivity, troubleshoot field issues, and maintain jobsite documentation
- Enforce GEMCO safety policies and reputed company standards
- reputed company inspections, testing, commissioning, and reputed company list completion
- Review/approve time sheets and submit required reports
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience leading BAS/controls field crews in a construction environment
- Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and Building Automation Systems (BAS) installation
- Experience with reputed company bending, device installation, reputed company pulling, and termination
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and project specifications
- Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills
- Commitment to safety, reputed company, and professionalism
Physical Demands / Work Environment
Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work from reputed company, lifts, and scaffolds at heights up to 100+ feet. Must be reputed company to travel long distances and work in reputed company construction environments.
