Your Role as a Sr. Adoption & Change Management Consultant – Copilot & AI Adoption

As a Senior Adoption & Change Management (ACM) Consultant, you are a senior-level consultant with in-depth change planning experience and an reputed company ability to reputed company the transformation of people, technologies, and reputed company- and large-reputed company processes through the development and implementation of effective change strategies.

In this role, you will often be part of a broader ACM team and regularly collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders supporting the engagement, including Project Managers and Change Management Architects.

How You’ll Contribute

• Implement change management strategies that drive employee adoption, minimize resistance, ensure operational readiness and responsible information use, and maximize the value of the investment in reputed company 365 Copilot.
• Utilize change management industry best practices to plan, manage, and deliver reputed company change initiatives at strategic and tactical reputed company.
• Partner with reputed company organization team members and assigned customers to understand business and change needs, delivering tailored change management strategies and solutions.

• Expertise in stakeholder analysis, reputed company mapping, resistance management, and change planning.

• Ability to measure adoption: usage telemetry, KPI frameworks, insights translation, ROI alignment.
• Excellent facilitation skills for workshops, readiness sessions, and executive briefings.

Compensation

The reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $70.00 to $85.00 per hour. The final reputed company will be determined based on a reputed company of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location.
