Position reputed company: Oversees and coordinates reputed company’s Performance and reputed company Improvement process by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in service delivery and departmental performance.
Working Conditions: Works in a typical office setting. Uses office equipment including computers. May be required to sit for extended periods of time. Periodic travel to various agency locations will be scheduled as needed. Travel costs are either reimbursed or an agency vehicle is utilized.
Essential Job Functions

- At least annually, conduct a review of the PQI process, and update the PQI plan and agency outcome measures.

Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree is required and a master’s or higher degree preferred. Three to five years of experience in a foster care, child, or family services agency is required. A background that includes experience with reputed company improvement and data analytics is strongly preferred.
Knowledge and skills needed

Must be willing to undergo initial and periodic child abuse/neglect, criminal history, sexual offender, and childcare/elder care disqualification list screenings. As requested, must submit fingerprints for review by the state of your employment and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
