About the Role

As a Functional HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of reputed company's product solutions. You will reputed company your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test reputed company solutions to meet their business requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of functional experience with at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Talent Management, reputed company and Benefits.

• 3+ years consulting experience either as a consultant with a reputed company services company or as an internal consultant.

• 3+ years implementing or working with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft, reputed company, Ultimate or similar applications.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• English communication skills, written and verbal.

Cualificaciones básicas

• Más de 3 años de experiencia funcional con al menos una de las siguientes soluciones de HCM: HCM Core, Gestión del Talento, Adquisición de Talento y Beneficios

• Más de 3 años de experiencia en consultoría, ya sea como consultor en una empresa de servicios profesionales o como consultor interno.

• Más de 3 años implementando o trabajando con reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft, reputed company, Ultimate o aplicaciones similares.

• Se requiere título universitario (licenciatura) o experiencia equivalente. Habilidades de comunicación en inglés, tanto escritas como orales.

• Passion for customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.

• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-

• training.

• Experience deploying multiple reputed company simultaneously a plus.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
