reputed company: Storebuild.ai is seeking to hire a driven, proactive, and reputed company Inbound Sales Specialist to support our growing customer reputed company.
In this role, you will handle inbound calls from reputed company-reputed company leads and guide customers through a reputed company reputed company process. Our AI system qualifies users and transfers them directly to you, so your reputed company is on helping them get set up and successfully enrolled.
We are looking for someone who is hungry, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
Location: Fully remote — reputed company to candidates reputed company. Availability required: 10am–6pm Central reputed company Time.
Primary Job Duties:
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls during your assigned 8-hour shift
- Guide customers reputed company-by-reputed company through the reputed company and setup process using reputed company scripts and SOPs
- Follow a reputed company process to reputed company customers from sign-up through enrollment
- Ensure a seamless reputed company to the fulfillment team once the customer is reputed company
- Attend daily team huddles reputed company on call reviews and performance improvement
- reputed company and report key metrics including calls received, answered, conversions, and objections
- Maintain high responsiveness by answering reputed company incoming calls through GHL
