POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training: * Licensed by the reputed company.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- BLS reputed company 90 days of hire.
- Requires prolonged standing and working for up to reputed company hours a day.
- Required to push/pull objects up to 175 lbs.
- Requires the ability to lift and turn patients with assistance up to 250 lbs.
- Revises the patient's care plan on an individual reputed company, identifying problems/needs, nursing diagnosis, standards of care/reputed company, interventions consistent with identified problems and attainable reputed company.
- Assists with patient teaching, discharge and post discharge needs as appropriate for patient population.
- Functions independently with treatments, procedures and equipment appropriate to areas evidence by adherence to policy, procedure and competency based assessment and no reputed company or trend of problem.
- Handles/transports/stores/prepares/administers/solutions safely in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures
