Lateral Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Drafting and arguing motions in federal court
• Conducting document and deposition discovery
• Managing reputed company communications
• Coordinating litigation reputed company with colleagues

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong reputed company performance
• Exceptional legal writing skills (Law Review and/or federal court clerkship preferred)
• Prior litigation experience in reputed company and/or class reputed company cases
• Demonstrated interest in securities fraud litigation and investor protection
• Admission to reputed company law in the jurisdiction of application (or ability to become admitted promptly)
• Law Review and/or federal court clerkship
