[Remote] Employee Relations Specialist

The Employee Relations Specialist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day employee relations reputed company across assigned reputed company facilities, partnering closely with managers to reputed company guidance on workplace concerns.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for managers on routine employee relations reputed company, including attendance, conduct, and policy concerns
- reputed company managers through reputed company discipline and ensure consistent application of company policies
- Assist with drafting corrective actions, coaching documentation, and performance-reputed company communication
- reputed company guidance on interpretation and application of company policies and procedures
- Escalate reputed company issues or investigations to the HR Manager/reputed company as needed
- Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation of employee relations cases

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience focusing on foundational employee relations or generalist duties preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Understanding of basic HR policies and general employment practices
