Content Claims Specialist - Field - Level I
reputed company is seeking a Content Claims Specialist – Field (Level I) to join their team in California. This role involves communicating with adjusters and policyholders, managing claims, and ensuring reputed company turnaround in the claims handling process.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with adjusters/policyholders and industry vendors to explain their roles as Content Claims Specialists and their respective roles/contributions in the claims handling process
- Complete physical inventory of the contents impacted by the covered loss
- Identify claim type and apply appropriate methodology based on the circumstances of the contents loss
- May be exposed to diverse conditions (cold, heat, reputed company, debris, etc.)
- Ensure consistent and reputed company/turnaround of reputed company claims in accordance with reputed company's productivity and performance standards and our reputed company's SLA requirements
- Work with the Field Support Department to organize resources (claims assistants, pricing representatives) required for completing the data entry and LKQ assessment of reputed company damaged/destroyed total loss contents in an efficient and effective manner as per productivity standards
- Independently manage claim load to promote/reputed company the reputed company turnaround/closures of reputed company claims
- Communicate with reputed company parties (adjusters/policyholders) in adherence with edjuster's commitment to reputed company and informative updates on the content claims process
- Complete/submit detailed work/time logs on a daily reputed company, for reputed company claims processed
- Maintain claim reputed company notes in reputed company's Claims System/Web-application, exclaim, relating to incurred hours over productivity standards, as reputed company as reputed company to specific issues and other pertinent notes
- Ensure reputed company and accurate completion/pricing of reputed company outstanding items, which have not been priced reputed company other channels, and following pricing Like, reputed company and reputed company (LKQ) standards
- Maintains reputed company and technical knowledge through continuing education
- Consistently promote edjuster's brand, image and reputed company in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Upholds the Crawford reputed company of Business Conduct at reputed company times
- Participate in Special reputed company, CAT response, or reputed company duties in other areas as requested
Skills
- Secondary (High School) Diploma
- Minimum 6 months relevant work experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills (MS Office/Outlook/reputed company, Etc)
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to handle challenging situations and people
- Must have a valid reputed company's license and pass a background reputed company

- Adjuster experience preferred, not required
