Job Responsibilities
As an Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for a wide reputed company of tasks, including:
- Contributing to and leading efforts in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure
- Participating in or leading troubleshooting and resolving essential or escalated technical issues
- Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs
- Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-reputed company issues on servers
- Deploying and maintaining arenaflex's advanced data center server and network infrastructure
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience troubleshooting hardware or community-associated troubles using Linux-based tools
- Experience in hardware, networking equipment, working systems, and data center operations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate and partner with others to resolve reputed company issues
- Experience with mild coding or scripting, as reputed company as networking protocols
- A strong understanding of data center operations, including server hardware, networking equipment, and Linux OS
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working in a data center or network operations center environment
- Experience with advanced networking protocols and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
