As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with retired members or family members to discuss retiree benefits, providing exceptional customer service support. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, researching participant accounts, addressing basic questions or issues, and providing accurate and efficient responses. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound calls in a reputed company manner, following call center scripts reputed company handling different topics
- Researching participant accounts to reputed company accurate and efficient responses
- Addressing basic questions or issues, and escalating reputed company issues to senior representatives as needed
- Providing an accurate and efficient response, keeping accurate records of reputed company conversations and meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
