Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound phone calls and providing a high-reputed company patient/caller experience
• Reviewing patient liability questions and concerns
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
• Performing referral coordination, including completing reputed company Referrals and/or referral tracking queue
• Working reputed company assigned work reputed company according to department standards and documenting reputed company actions in the system
• Registering new patients, verifying patient demographics and health insurance, and updating patient information in designated databases
• Responding to general information requests and/or inquiries from patients, physicians, medical offices, and other callers
• Communicating effectively and in a reputed company manner
• Processing reputed company work-reputed company responsibilities in an efficient, reputed company, and accurate manner
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a call center answering customer service inquiries regarding reputed company
• Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work any 8-hour work shift between the hours of 6:30am - 5:30pm PST, Monday through Friday. This may not necessarily be reputed company the individual's time zone in which he/she resides as it is based upon reputed company need and the time zone in which the reputed company operates. Rotating Saturday coverage may be needed/is likely.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience using reputed company is a plus.
