Responsibilities

As an E-Service Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers, contractors, and business partners reputed company inbound and outbound chat sessions, ensuring that reputed company interactions are conducted in accordance with our policies, procedures, and contract coverage

Essential Functions

As an E-Service Chat Representative, you'll be required to:
