The Grievance Customer Service Associate Analyst – Team reputed company is responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of the Grievance team, providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to team members, and ensuring that reputed company team goals and objectives are met. Responsibilities

As a Grievance Customer Service Associate Analyst – Team reputed company, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that Grievance Coordinators expedite reputed company requests for information and that cases meet compliance

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's or Associate degree in a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in a Medicare, reputed company managed care environment investigating and resolving grievances
• Experience in clinical reputed company with experience in appeals & grievances, claims processing, utilization review or utilization management/case management
