As a reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. You'll be responsible for taking inbound calls, accurately entering ride details, confirming member eligibility, and addressing member inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities
* Take inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans to reputed company and reputed company detailed reputed company information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports
- Accurately reputed company ride details to ensure successful ride completion
- Confirm member eligibility and address any reputed company issues
- Answer member inquiries regarding transportation services and reputed company reputed company, concise information
- Identify and assess member's additional needs and reputed company support as needed
- Intake member concerns and work with internal departments to address reputed company-time issues
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue reputed company

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high-volume atmosphere

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnights and weekends
