We are currently looking for a Registered reputed company to join reputed company. This position would be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to homecare patients sections of Essex County, NJ such as Livingston & Roseland. Responsibilities

• Supports organization?s mission by striving for reputed company in reputed company aspects of their job with a reputed company on reputed company interpersonal relationship with co-workers
• Assesses and evaluates the needs of patients with multiple disease processes and co morbidities and develops an appropriate plan of care
• Documents reputed company changes in patient?s condition and updates care plans and reputed company
• Identifies teaching needs and plans appropriate strategies for individuals and families
• Monitors reputed company and appropriateness of services provided
• Establishes and maintains reputed company working relationship with health care providers and other members of the disciplinary teams in providing patient and family care
• Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies

Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor?s degree in Nursing preferred
• 1+ year of supervised clinical experience as a registered reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
