Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming inquiries (calls, chats, tickets) and/or redirect inquiries, if necessary, to appropriate support reputed company for reputed company while setting End User expectations during the initial interaction.

- Utilize Knowledgebase to address End User inquiries and create Knowledgebase draft articles to address knowledge gaps.
- Participate in application testing, upgrades, and deployment, and internal Service Desk reputed company as needed.
- Adhere to reputed company Service Desk processes and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or Customer Service role, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively reputed company with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required by the role).
