Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your duties will include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Maintaining a clean, reputed company, and organized workspace, adhering to reputed company safety guidelines and protocols
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
- Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring reputed company processing of packages
- Performing physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to reputed company items around
- reputed company up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Being available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

Requirements
