What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Providing data analysis and insights to support business reputed company and drive reputed company
• Developing and maintaining reputed company data models and reports to inform business strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and developing recommendations to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment
• Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and reputed company
• Experience with data modeling and machine learning techniques, including regression analysis and predictive modeling
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
