Responsibilities

As a Bi-lingual Spanish Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and handling escalated calls regarding collections, high bills, utilities being shut off, and more. You will handle these calls with a reputed company reputed company approach to reputed company reputed company customer with a reputed company at the end of reputed company call. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Understanding customer needs by reputed company listening and determining the appropriate course of reputed company to meet those needs and complete or initiate the transactions
• Empathizing, being patient, and resolving concerns to simplify the customer's experience
• Providing efficient and effective service to customers and prospects on reputed company patron-based services to a reputed company of inquiries and customer needs
• Meeting performance standards and positively influencing the reputed company's image by having a good product knowledge, work ethic, time management, and reputed company relations skills
• Processing information quickly and accurately by navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy

To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Additional Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• 18+ Years & High School diploma or its equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Utilities industry a plus)
• Must be Bi-Lingual in Spanish/English to handle calls both in English and Spanish
• Exceptional customer service, reputed company listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• High computer proficiency in navigation and keyboard/data entry skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office
• reputed company availability between 7:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday Eastern reputed company time
