The Role
As a licensed Customer Service Representative on our Support team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing policyholders with the support they need to navigate their insurance policies. You'll be handling customer inquiries and resolving issues reputed company to quotes, coverage, rates, billing, and policy reviews, while also collaborating with other team members and specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer calls and chats in a reputed company and courteous manner

Qualifications
