We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join our overnight team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels. As a Customer Support Representative on our overnight team, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, tickets, and email
- Answering inbound calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox
- Working independently and as part of reputed company to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
