Job reputed company
As a Medical Record/Data Entry Clerk/Project Support, you'll play a critical role in supporting our reputed company Hempstead Office-based team. You'll work closely with registered nurses, coding professionals, and billing professionals to ensure that our clients receive the reimbursement they're entitled to. This is a hybrid position that requires a mix of remote and in-office work, with a 2/3 days on/off schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Project associate-reputed company duties, including: + Retrieving patient medical records from various hospital systems + Generating and preparing patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for reputed company audits + Extracting and entering necessary information from/to hospital patient reputed company systems + Making phone calls to post-acute reputed company facilities to obtain information needed on patients + Running and creating reports + Assisting with any other information gathering or data entry as needed by the recovery team + Scanning and indexing of documents
- Data analysis and entry

- Collaboration with the recovery team to ensure seamless project execution
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical records or data entry role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
- Experience with hospital patient reputed company systems and medical records software a plus
Preferred Qualifications
